How do you select tenants?
Our rental management agency -NousGérons- pays special attention to the process of selecting future tenants for the properties entrusted to us.
During your meeting with our rental advisor, you will learn about the precise steps of our strict selection process. These rental candidate selection procedures are established in compliance with the ALUR Law.
The application, in order to be eligible, must include:
- An identification document of the rental candidates;
- The last three rent receipts or a proof of current address;
- An employment contract or an employer's attestation dated within the past month;
- The last three payslips;
- The latest tax assessment.
We verify the compliance of all these documents before presenting the applications to you.
